Can my order be gift wrapped?
All orders ship in a gift box with signature Summit & Terrace packaging. Please leave us a note in the cart if you would like a specific message to be sent with the gift. All orders ship with invoices that do not show the order totals.
What is your shipping method and rates?
Please refer to our shipping policy. All US orders ship free via ground shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we accept unused products in original condition. Please refer to our Return policy for more information.
What is the status of my order?
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days following the day after the order was placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. Once an order has been shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, Afterpay, Google Pay, PayPal and ApplePay.
How do I sample your candles?
As of now we do not offer a sampling program. However, if you are interested in promoting Summit & Terrace on social media, please send a note to our team at hello@summitandterrace.com
What are the candles made of?
Our candles are a proprietary coconut soy wax blend combined with the finest of fragrances exclusively developed for us by a world class Perfumist. All products are phthalate and paraben free. All candles are hand-poured in the U.S.A.
How do I prevent soot build up?
Limit soot build up by always trimming your wick prior to burning. We suggest the wick height should be between 1/8-1/4", ensure there is no draft, and to limit the amount of time you burn your candle each time to 3 hours maximum. Due to the shape of our glass it is possible to see minimal soot on the interior of the glass, if it is bothersome - because our products are made with fine ingredients we have found it's best to use a dry cloth to wipe it clean.
Why does my candle have oil on top?
Our products are made with natural and fine ingredients which are occasionally sensitive to temperature changes. Natural oils from soy and coconut can separate from the wax (the same way coconut oil hardens in the fridge and softens in your cabinet). Rest assured that this does not impact the quality of the candle, the way it burns or the amount of scent given off. Simply dab the excess oil off with a paper towel or tissue.
