DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestic retail orders 3-5 business days after an order is received. Wholesale orders ship anywhere from 1-10 business days after order is placed. Most wholesale orders are made-to-order. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know at help@summitandterrace.com if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace candles that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to help@summitandterrace.com within 3 days of delivery.
