  • All US orders ship free via ground shipping. We ship domestic retail orders within 2-3 business days following the day after an order is received. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our studio. Please let us know at help@summitandterrace.com if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!
  • We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Stay tuned as we expand!
  • All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. When your item(s) arrive, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Some wear on the shipping package is normal, however, if damage as occurred to an item(s) in your order please contact us immediately at hello@summitandterrace.com. Please include your order number, along with your preferred contact information. Please retain the shipping box, packing materials and damaged item(s) for inspection by the carrier.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, with authentic labels, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If item(s) returned are not in a re-sellable condition, we may not accept your return. Item(s) that appear damaged or used upon inspection are not eligible for a refund. Any promotional gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

    To complete your return, please email within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be in contact within 2 business days. We require your item be returned within 15 days of receiving your inquiry.

    Once we receive your item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. You should receive an email notification, if not please send an email to hello@summitandterrace.com, contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your card.

    Please note that you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, any taxes or fees that incurred on the packaged (for both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

    We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions above. If your return is not accepted, the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
